The following terms apply to every order placed on milanto.shop.
1. Seller
Products offered on this site are sold by Milanto LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. Any question regarding an order may be sent to contact@milanto.shop.
2. Products
Photographs, descriptions and colour indications are provided for guidance and may vary slightly from the actual product due to the hand-poured and small-batch nature of our items.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in US dollars and are inclusive of applicable taxes where indicated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
4. Orders
An order is deemed accepted once payment has been received and confirmed by email. Milanto LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a stock issue, pricing error or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is processed at the moment of order. Accepted means of payment are indicated at checkout.
6. Shipping
Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner within three working days. Delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative.
7. Right of withdrawal
You may return an unopened product within 14 days of receipt. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
8. Liability
Milanto LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of a product. Total liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
