Shipping & Returns
How we hand-pack, ship and, if needed, return your order.
Shipping
Orders are hand-packed and dispatched from our fulfilment partner within three working days. Complimentary standard shipping is offered on all orders over $85 within the continental United States. Standard delivery typically takes three to seven working days.
International
We ship internationally to a selection of countries. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Customs duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Packaging
Every order is packed in a signature Milanto box with recycled paper padding — designed to be reused or recycled.
Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please write to contact@milanto.shop with your order number to receive return instructions. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it in full.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please write to us with a photograph within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
